Today Suren Papikyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures held a session of the Board for management of programs implemented out of the proceeds of the loans and grants provided by foreign states and international lending agencies to the system of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the RA. The session was attended by industry responsible people from the ministry and managers of a number of companies of the industry.

The session discussed issues related to safety enhancement activities, equipment modernization and tender processes implemented under the ANPP Unit 2 Life Extension Program.   

Among the agenda issues the managers of the industry companies presented the activities performed in the first quarter of the current year.  

The Minister Suren Papikyan emphasized the importance of implementing the scheduled activities at a high level, and at the same time he called on the Board members to be more consistent in eliminating the identified deficiencies and omissions and preventing them in future.

Based on the results of the session the minister gave relevant instructions.
