6^th International Chess Internet–Tournament

On 14 September, 2018 the 6^th international corporate chess internet–tournament took place which was dedicated to the memory of the first president of the «TVEL» Fuel Company V.Konovalov.

The chess teams of the «TVEL» and its partner companies participated in the tournament, namely, 9 teams with 3 participants per each. The ANPP team composition was as follows:

1. Norik Azizyan – Foreman of Metal Diagnostics Department, main player

2. Arman Hayrapetyan – Leading Engineer of Heat Supply and Underground Communications Department, main player

3. Vahe Karapetyan – Leading Specialist of Instrumentation and Control Department, team captain.

The technical support for the tournament participation was provided by the I Category Engineer of I&C Department Feliks Zatikyan.

10 minutes were given for each set without a possibility to add time.

As a result of a keen competition and persistent struggle the ANPP team took the 6^th place, having gathered 9 points and having outscored the team of the «TVEL», the organizer of the tournament, which had collected 4 points.
