On 29 June, 2023 in the framework of the visit to Armenia Taras Kupchikov, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the CIS Electric Power Council paid a study visit to the Armenian NPP.

During the technical tour the delegation headed by T. Kupchikov got acquainted with the large-scale activities implemented in the framework of the ANPP Unit 2 modernization.

In the course of the meeting conducted afterwards issues related to Unit 2 lifetime re-extension work, prospective projects, as well as other issues related to the energy sector were discussed.
