The ANPP Participation in the Activities on the Occasion of the Independence 28th Anniversary

On September 21st Armenia celebrated 28th anniversary of independence – the day of national pride. A centuries-old dream of the Armenian nation to have an independent motherland has been a reality for 28 years.

Gyumri – the cultural capital of Armenia has become center for the Independence Day celebrations.

The ANPP employees did not remain impassive and within the frames of the Independence Day celebrations they conducted a number of activities.

The NPP employees’ children took part in a festive gathering «United Spirituality Hour – «Dove of  Peace». Having gathered at the Eternal Fire together with the representatives of youth organizations, inhabitants and guests of the capital, they laid flowers at the Eternal Fire monument.

The NPP employees’ children became heroes of a «Dove of  Peace» flash mob and flied balloons of colors of the Armenian and Russian flags with paper doves attached to them that symbolized light and hope for a peaceful future. 

A day earlier, at the Russian Center for Science and Culture (RCSC) in Yerevan the ANPP employees’ children met with Sergey Rybinsky – RCSC Director, Advisor at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Armenia, and Natalya Sahakyan – Head of the Department of the Interaction with the Social Organizations. The plant employees’ children told about their achievements and ambitious tasks for future.

Susanna Avetisyan, Head of the «HAEK» CJSC Administrative - Economy Department, expressed her gratitude for involving children in “Rossotrudnichestvo” projects and hoped for a fruitful cooperation in various areas of interest to children and for strengthening friendship between Armenia and Russia.
