On October 18^th of the current year the Regular Session of the Council for Managing Programs Implemented in the Energy Area headed by Souren Papikyan, the Minister of the RA Territorial Administration and Infrastructures was held.

Among the issues of the agenda the reports on nine months’ budgets execution for the activities envisaged by the 2019 budget for the loan and grant programs were submitted and considered.

In order to regulate the current issues and to perform the activities in compliance with the schedule established relevant instructions were provided.
