September 21 is one of the glorious peaks of our history. On that day, centuries of hope and struggle were crowned with victory, and the Armenian people affirmed their unwavering will to live freely and the rebirth of independent statehood.

Independence is not only a gift, but also a great responsibility that lies on the shoulders of each of us. It is the force that unites us around our native land, language, and values. This day reminds us that our daily work, dedication, and unity must serve one supreme goal: the building of a strong, prosperous, and modern Armenia.

I congratulate the entire staff of the ANPP and all Armenians on the most important and symbolic holiday, Independence Day. May peace and creative vigor always accompany every family, and may our statehood continue to strengthen and develop, finding new paths for progress.

May the foundations of independent Armenia be strong, resting on our unity, hard work, and unwavering faith.
